REFUND POLICY

There are absolutely no refunds and exchanges because custom wigs are specifically made to fit your head measurements. 

In the case that you received a damaged wig we will surely replace it but no absolutely NO REFUNDS!

HOW LONG WILL IT COME?

5-8 business days from the time your order has been placed. If your order is placed after 5PM it will processed the next business day.

SHIPPING?

At checkout you can either choose it to be shipped or to come pick up from my location. If pickup is what you will like when order is done you will receive an email with the address.

HOW TO CREATE WIG ?

After agreeing to these terms, you will be directed to the Build a wig collection. The base starting price for a custom wig is $150. You will see CAP SIZE make sure you ALWAYS fill this out. The rest is just choosing what you bundles you'd like whether regular or 613 and either frontal or closure.
